The Directorship 100: People to Watch - by NACD/Directorship
The National Association of Corporate Directors
NACD's annual assessment of the most influential people in boardroom and corporate governance circles recognized (in 2011) a few outstanding individuals who, by virtue of what they do and how they do it, bear watching. Hank Boerner, Chairman of Governance & Accountability Institute, was included. The People to Watch list highlights those expected to make great strides in the corporate governance world. The "influentials" were in the honored at the annual NACD/Directorship 100 dinners at New York's Waldorf Astoria.

In the first and second (2011 and 2012) annual list of Top Thought Leaders in Trustworthy Business Behavior compiled by the Trust Across America organization, Hank Boerner was nominated and included in both annual lists in recognition of his expertise in dealing with a broad range of ESG factors and issues.
